Memberships

Becoming a member will grant you access to the greatest discounts at Halcyon Massage Therapy. 

Your monthly membership fee will add a  single massage session to your account that you are able to schedule when it's most convenient for you. 

If you are interested in a little extra TLC each month, additional massage services are discounted by 15%. 

Want to upgrade your massage experience? All massage enhancements are 10% off for members. 

Auto-renewable means your membership fee will automatically be charged to your preferred payment method each month. 

Your billing date each month will be the same date as when you began your membership. For instance, if you signed up to be a member on the 15th of the month, each month on the 15th your preferred payment method will automatically be charged. 

When you sign up for a membership you are purchasing a massage session every month. 

Things happen, and scheduling conflicts occur. If you are unable to schedule a massage appointment during your month of membership you have up to six months to use the purchased massage session. 

 This means the massage sessions that make up your membership can not be shared. Memberships are designed to help YOU establish healthy habits in receiving regular massage therapy. Although sharing is caring, memberships are a place where you can be a little selfish. 

*Side Note: Share the love of massage therapy by purchasing a gift certificate. For each new client you refer to Halcyon Massage Therapy you earn credit toward a complimentary gift.  

First month payment is required for sign up for any membership plan and is NOT refundable or non-transferable.

 Membership commences on the date of sign up and amount will be charged on that date of month each month. 

 All membership fees paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-payment has been processed. 

 A credit/debit card must be used for monthly payment of membership fees. 

Halcyon Massage Therapy is in no way, responsible or obligated to pay for a member’s insufficient fund fees. 

Halcyon Massage Therapy retains the right to auto-draft a member’s dues on their credit or debit card each month until the membership term has expired, or until a member cancels or pauses their membership.

Members may request a pause of a membership by contacting the selling Halcyon Massage Therapy directly. Either through E-mail or utilizing the contact form listing on this website. 

All membership plan cancellation requests, to the extent allowed by the member’s individual plan, will take effect at the end of the monthly term during which Halcyon Massage Therapy was notified. 

All membership cancellation requests must be submitted by email or in person. It is a member's responsibility to ensure that a confirmation has been received by email. Halcyon Massage Therapy is not responsible for a member’s negligence in checking their own bank statements to ensure that membership changes, holds, or cancellations have been processed correctly. In the event of a dispute, member is responsible for producing a copy of their request and the business confirmation for review. In the event that member cannot produce a copy of e-mail correspondence, then Halcyon Massage Therapy is not obligated to refund membership dues debited from a member’s account.

 Memberships are non refundable and non transferable
