- Extra TLC?: Need more than one session a month? Members can book additional Massage Therapy services at their discounted Member rates—perfect for weekly or bi-weekly care or those moments when you just need a little extra relaxation.
- Complimentary Upgrades: Glide / Deep Tissue add-ons are FREE for Members. Plus, all other Massage add-ons are discounted by 10%!

Establishing your Membership
A non-refundable first-month payment is required to enroll. This payment can be made online or in person at your next appointment.
Minimum Membership Term
A 3-month (3 billing cycle) commitment is required for all memberships.
Auto-Renewal & Billing Dates
- Memberships are auto-renewable, meaning your monthly fee will be automatically charged to your preferred payment method—just like other subscription-based services.
- Your billing date will match the day you signed up. For example, if you joined on the 15th, payments will occur on the 15th of each month.
- Need to adjust your billing date? Just contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to help.
Membership Fees
- All monthly membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
- Payments must be made with a valid credit or debit card.
- Members are responsible for any insufficient funds fees from their financial institution.
- Halcyon Massage Therapy retains the right to auto-draft a Member’s dues on their credit or debit card each month until the member cancels or pauses their membership.
Non-Transferable Memberships
- Your Membership is for you and you alone—it’s designed to support your self-care routine. While sharing is wonderful, your Membership credits cannot be transferred to others.
- Want to share the love of Massage Therapy? Consider purchasing a Gift Certificate for someone special. Plus, for every new client you refer, you’ll earn store credit for future add-ons or services.
Membership Credits
- Rollovers: If you can’t schedule your Massage Therapy session in a given month, no worries! Your unused session will roll over for up to 6 months.
- Credit Limit: If you accumulate 3 or more unused credits, your Membership will automatically Pause. During this time, you won’t be billed, and your credits will be converted into pre-sold services you can access anytime.
Pausing Your Membership
- Need a break? You can request a Membership Pause by emailing us or using the contact form on our website.
- If your Membership remains paused for 3 consecutive months with no activity, it will be automatically canceled.
Ending a Membership
- Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- To cancel, simply submit your request via email or in person. It’s your responsibility to ensure you receive a cancellation confirmation.
Pro Tip: Always check your bank statements to confirm changes. If a dispute arises, Members must provide proof of their cancellation request and the corresponding confirmation from Halcyon Massage Therapy.
