Massage Therapy can be performed on specific areas of the body or as a full-body treatment depending on the needs and preferences of the individual receiver.
Massage Therapy aims to relieve muscular pain and fatigue, reduce acute and chronic stress, promote the body's ability to heal itself, increase circulation of blood and lymph boosting the body's natural immune response, help correct postural dysfunction, relieve misalignment strain, increase range of motion and flexibility, ease symptoms of repetitive movement strain, aid in recovery from exercise and help with injury prevention.

Prenantal Massage Therapy
Prenatal Massage Therapy
The goals of Prenatal (Pregnancy) Massage Therapy are to help you relax, de-stress, and address areas of the body that commonly store excess tension or pain such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and feet.
During your session your Prenatal Certified Massage Therapist will make special accommodations to ensure the safety and comfort of both mother and child. This included adjustments to the position of your body, the types of massage strokes and techniques that are utilized, and the amount and duration of pressure.
Please note * I do not massage women during their first trimester of pregnancy as this is the most delicate time of development.
After the 13th week of Pregnancy I encourage you to care for yourself with Prenatal Massage
High Risk Pregnancy
If your doctor has indicated that you have a high-risk pregnancy please obtain written approval from your medical provider to receive Prenatal Massage Therapy before scheduling your appointment.
